These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Horizon, a hosted enrichment platform provided by Gravity GTM, Inc. (“Gravity GTM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a sub-product of gravitygtm.com. By creating an account, obtaining an API key, installing the Horizon Slack app, or otherwise accessing Horizon, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Access to Horizon is conditioned on acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. Continued use of Horizon after any account creation, credit purchase, or API call constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of the Service
Horizon is a hosted, multi-tenant service that provides:
- A REST API for programmatic LinkedIn person and company enrichment, email finding and verification, job search, and web search.
- An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server exposing the same capabilities to compatible AI clients and agents.
- A Slack app that allows conversational access to the same lookups directly within a customer’s Slack workspace.
Horizon is available at horizon.gravitygtm.com, with documentation at docs.gravitygtm.com/horizon. Horizon retrieves data from third-party vendors and the public web on Customer’s instruction (see Section 7) and returns it to Customer through whichever surface Customer chooses to use. We may modify, add to, or discontinue features of Horizon at any time, provided that we will not materially degrade the core enrichment functionality described above without reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and API Keys
3.1 Issuance. Upon account creation, Horizon issues one or more API keys tied to your account. Each key is shown to you one time, at the moment of issuance. We store keys only as a one-way cryptographic hash; we cannot retrieve or redisplay a plaintext key after issuance.
3.2 Rotation and revocation. You may request rotation (replacement) or revocation of any API key at any time by contacting us at help@gravitygtm.com, or through such self-service mechanism as we may make available in the future. Revoking a key immediately and permanently disables it; a new key must be issued to continue use.
3.3 Customer security obligations. You are solely responsible for keeping your API keys, and any Slack workspace connection, confidential. You must not share keys with unauthorized parties, embed them in client-side or publicly accessible code, or commit them to public repositories. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your keys, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms. Notify us promptly at help@gravitygtm.com if you suspect a key has been compromised.
4. Prepaid Credits and Billing
4.1 Model. Horizon operates on a prepaid credit basis, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge; you purchase credits, and each API call or Slack lookup consumes credits at rates published in our documentation. One credit equals $0.01 USD.
4.2 Packs. Credits are available in the following packs, subject to change with notice under Section 12: a free trial (200 credits, 0,requiringacardonfileviaStripe′ssetup−modeCheckoutforverificationpurposes);49 (5,000 credits); 199(22,500credits);499 (60,000 credits); and custom invoiced pricing for purchases of 250,000 credits or more.
4.3 No current expiry. As of the date of this policy, purchased credits do not expire. We reserve the right to introduce an expiration or validity period for credits purchased in the future, with reasonable advance notice published in these Terms or communicated to you directly; any such change will not retroactively expire credits already purchased without such notice.
4.4 Payments final; no cash refunds. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We do not offer customer-initiated cash refunds or purchase cancellations.
4.5 Automatic credit-balance restoration. Horizon includes one automated mechanic that is distinct from a refund: if a vendor call underlying a lookup fails (for example, a 5xx error or timeout) or returns a clean “not found” result on qualifying endpoints, the credit amount reserved for that call is automatically returned to your Horizon credit balance before you are charged for that failed or empty result. This is a balance-restoration mechanic operating within the credit system, not a cash refund, and does not create any right to a cash refund or payment reversal.
4.6 Payment processing. All payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store raw card numbers.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not, and must not permit any third party to:
(a) resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Horizon, its API, or the underlying enriched data (including LinkedIn profile/company data, email addresses, verification results, job postings, or search results) to any third party as a standalone data product or service;
(b) use Horizon, or data obtained through it, to build, train, or operate a product that competes with Horizon as a data enrichment or data broker service;
(c) exceed or attempt to circumvent the rate limits described in Section 6, or engage in excessive, abusive, or automated use designed to extract data at scale beyond normal application usage;
(d) use personal data obtained through Horizon for spam, harassment, unlawful surveillance, stalking, or any other unlawful purpose, or in violation of applicable data protection, anti-spam, or consumer protection law;
(e) attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with Horizon’s infrastructure, or misrepresent the source of data obtained through it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of this Section, in addition to any other remedies available under Section 9.
6. Rate Limits
Horizon currently enforces a rate limit of 10 requests per minute for free-trial API keys and 60 requests per minute for any paid credit pack, per API key; higher limits are available on request for larger accounts. These limits may change in the future; any such change will be reflected in our documentation and, where material, communicated to affected customers in advance.
7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer; Customer Compliance Responsibility
7.1 Enrichment results (including but not limited to LinkedIn profile and company data, email addresses and verification verdicts, job postings, and web search results) are sourced from third-party vendors and the public web. This data is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranty of any kind as to accuracy, completeness, currentness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data about third parties may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate, and we do not verify the underlying accuracy of vendor-supplied data.
7.2 You are solely responsible for your own compliance with all laws and regulations governing your use of data obtained through Horizon, including without limitation applicable anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM), data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and any sector-specific regulations relevant to your use case. You are responsible for establishing your own lawful basis for processing any personal data you obtain and use through Horizon.
7.3 Roles under data protection law. With respect to third-party personal data obtained through Horizon (e.g., data about your prospects or leads), you act as the controller and Gravity GTM generally acts as a processor (or sub-processor, one level removed) acting on your instructions. With respect to your own account, billing, and Slack workspace information, Gravity GTM acts as controller. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding your obligations as a controller.
8. Intellectual Property
Gravity GTM and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to Horizon, including its software, infrastructure, API, documentation, and branding. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Horizon for your internal business purposes, subject to Section 5. You retain all rights to any inputs you submit to Horizon (e.g., search terms, uploaded lists). We claim no ownership over your inputs or your own business data.
9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate Section 5 (Acceptable Use) or otherwise materially breach these Terms.
9.2 Upon termination for any reason, your right to access Horizon ends immediately. We are not obligated to refund unused credits upon termination, whether the termination is initiated by you or by us, except as required by applicable law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
10.1 Disclaimer. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, Horizon is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
10.2 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Gravity GTM be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms or use of Horizon, regardless of the theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Gravity GTM’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by Customer to Gravity GTM in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gravity GTM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of Horizon in violation of these Terms, including Section 5 (Acceptable Use) or Section 7 (compliance with applicable law); (b) your violation of any third party’s rights, including data protection or privacy rights of individuals whose data you obtain through Horizon; or (c) any content, data, or instructions you submit to Horizon.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version at this location, updating the “Last updated” date, and, where changes are significant, providing notice via email, through the Slack app, or by other reasonable means. Continued use of Horizon after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, your remedy is to stop using Horizon and, where applicable, terminate your account under Section 9.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, except as otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
